All of our accommodations in The Deerstone have been conscientiously designed to allow our guests to feel connected with the surrounding landscape. The furniture fittings and materials used throughout have been sourced locally and as sustainably as possible.
Our 21 luxury ensuite bedrooms can comfortably sleep up to 42 guests. Of these, we have thirteen king bedrooms, two double bedrooms, six super king which are available as twins upon request. The Deerstone features a collection:

The huts are mindfully located within the natural landscape to allow guests to feel immersed in the natural setting with private space to enjoy the peace and quiet.

FAQs
What time is check-in and check-out?
Guests can check in from 3pm and check out is by 11am.
Please let us know what time you plan to arrive, as we do not have a 24/7 reception and want to ensure someone is available to greet you and check you in.
Can I check in early?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee that your accommodation will be ready. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us until your room is available.
Can I request a late check-out?
This is on a request basis only on check in and is subject to availability.
Can I store luggage?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage free of charge.
Are your rooms air conditioned?
As we are an eco resort, we do not have air conditioning, our heating is electric and semi powered by our PV system.
All rooms have openable windows for fresh air and are
thermostatically controlled to stay at a temperature of between 19 and 21degrees.
Is the venue pet-friendly?
Yes, our shepherds’ huts are pet-friendly and well-behaved dogs are permitted throughout the site when on leads
Do you offer a laundry service?
We are happy to wash laundry on site on request. We would ask our guests to separate laundry into whites and colours. Please note that we do not launder any delicate items and washing is at guests’ risk.
Do you have an electric car charging facility?
Yes, we have two charging points on site for our guests to use.
Do you provide airport transfer?

Do you have wifi?
Yes, we have complimentary wifi.
Is breakfast included in our stay?
We include a welcome breakfast hamper for our guests which includes our homemade granola, seasonal fruit compote, brown bread, orange juice, and condiments.
Each unit also has complimentary coffee and a selection of teas.
Do you have a restaurant on site?
We do not have a restaurant on site but we are within walking distance of several great options:

We do offer private dining for groups of over 8 people in our dining room. This option needs to be booked in advance of your stay. We also offer homemade gourmet pizzas (ordered in advance) on Friday and more frequently during July and August. We also have
S’mores baskets: Priced at €10, perfect for enjoying by the fire in our Barn and take away specialty coffees are available at The Shed between 9am-3pm.

Your Cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway and includes:
- Room 1: A super king en-suite that can be converted to two single beds
- Rooms 2 and 3: Both are king en-suites
- Bluetooth speaker in each room and mobile TV projector
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee plunger, teapot, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and electric outdoor BBQ
- A private electric hot tub with access to the communal cold plunge, sauna, and outdoor heated pool
What is included in our shepherds’ hut?
Your off grid style Shepherd’s Hut offers a cozy retreat with the following features:
- A Japanese-style wood-fired outdoor bath: these are self-service
- Private outdoor seating area

- A well-equipped kitchenette with a cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, teapot,

Do you have bikes for rent?
Electric bike rentals: Available for €50 per day – a fantastic way to explore the surrounding area.
