Your retreat. Fully handled.

You teach. We take care of the rest.

01

You bring the expertise

Your methodology. Your programme. The community of people who trust you to deliver something that changes them.

You’ve spent years building that trust. This is where you honour it.

Your pricing, your marketing, your vision for what this retreat becomes — that’s entirely yours. We don’t prescribe how you work. We build around it.

02

We provide the space

22 ensuite rooms across stone cottages, huts, and guestrooms — designed for rest, reflection, and the kind of sleep that makes the next morning’s session land differently.

The Roundhouse: a dedicated practice space built for your work, nothing else. Three chef-prepared meals daily, every dietary requirement handled without a single question to you.

Saunas, cold plunges, soak baths, hot tub — included. Six acres of Glendalough Valley on the doorstep.

03

We handle the rest

Set-up, turnover, and on-site service throughout your retreat. Off-site experiences on request — guided hikes through the valley, therapist-led treatments, massage, transfers.

Your guests’ day-to-day questions, answered. Their practical needs, managed. So the only time you’re interrupted is when someone wants to thank you.

Stone and timber set into a Wicklow hillside.
Private hot tubs, soak baths and saunas, nourishing chef-crafted meals, with The Roundhouse at the centre of it all.

Why Ireland, for a US-led retreat.

Mystical without the baggage.

Glendalough has been a place of pilgrimage and contemplation for fourteen hundred years. The spiritual register is real, ancient, and culturally yours to engage with — no appropriation conversations to have.

The climate suits the work.

Cool air, soft light, mist, fires. A different sensory palette to a beach retreat. Better suited to introspective practice — breathwork, somatic work, deeper meditation. Your guests slow down whether they planned to or not.

The logistics don’t fight you.

English-speaking. Euro. Direct flights from twelve US cities into Dublin. Sixty minutes from airport to property. No domestic connection. No four-hour transfer eating day one.

Questions facilitators ask.

How far in advance should I book?

Most book 6–12 months out. 2026 is committed. 2027 is roughly half-held. Mid-week and shoulder months open up first.

No. We charge for rooms and food. What you charge your community is yours.

Yes. Co-leads, sound healers, a chef for one evening — all welcome.

Off-site activities — guided hikes, distillery visits, transfers — arranged separately at cost if you want them.

2027

is filling

Most dates go to facilitators we’ve worked with before. There’s still room for a few new ones.
