Upon arrival on Friday, you’ll be warmly welcomed with soothing hot beverages and calendula tea at The Barn, setting the stage for a weekend of relaxation and introspection. The retreat commences with a heartfelt check-in, followed by an invigorating Opening Yoga Ceremony and a deeply grounding Forest Bathing experience. As evening unfolds, delight in a convivial Drinks Reception and scrumptious dinner, culminating in an intimate Fire Ceremony under the starlit sky.
Saturday dawns with an uplifting Cacao & Yoga Ceremony, awakening your senses and reconnecting you to the earth’s gentle rhythms. Savour a nourishing breakfast before partaking in a Nature Connection Workshop, where you’ll learn about sustainable skincare practices that honour both yourself and the environment. Take the afternoon to indulge in some well-deserved self-care with a rejuvenating massage or explore the retreat’s tranquil facilities. The late afternoon brings a restorative Breathwork & Mindful Movement session, followed by a delectable dinner and a transformative Sensory Experience featuring Blue Lotus Tea.
Our Sunday morning Closing Yoga Ceremony will explore the growth and transformation cultivated throughout the weekend. Nourish your body with fresh-pressed juices and wholesome breakfast snacks, and savor a leisurely lunch before bidding farewell to newfound friends and this sacred sanctuary. As a parting gift, you’ll receive a self-guided Forest Bathing practice to carry the magic of the retreat with you as you re-enter the world, refreshed and revitalized.
